Full-time

Pay: $18.00 hourly for laborers

Pay: $20.00 hourly for Machine Operators

Nights: $1.00 Shift differential

Afternoon shift:$.50 differential 

Machine Operator and General Laborer hours:

• Day Crew: 12 Hour shift on a 2-2-3 schedule 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
• Night Crew: 12 Hour shift on a 2-2-3 schedule 7:00 pm - 7:00 am
• Recycle Crew: Monday- Friday
• 3pm - 11pm
• 11pm - 7am

Requirements:

• Inspect equipment to be utilized prior to shift start.
• Operate machinery to manufacturer's specifications, meeting time budgets for the finished product.
• Control and adjust machine settings as required.
• Perform Quality Control. Visually inspect the product for defects.
• Ensure Safety Always.
• Meet or exceed quality expectations.
• Follow reporting and record-keeping procedures, and report issues to Supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstation and machine(s) utilized.
• Ability to read a tape measure and micrometers.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
